Senior Superintendent of Police for St Andrew Central Division, Millicent Sproul Thomas, revealed to the media that Reid Jacobs was discovered dead at her home in Long Mountain, St Andrew at the beginning of today.
Sproul Thomas said that subtleties now are scrappy, and that examinations are proceeding.
Dr Horace Chang, the general secretary for the JLP, likewise affirmed the passing. Reid Jacobs unsuccessfully challenged the 2014 Central Westmoreland by-decision for the Jamaica Labor Party (JLP) against the People's National Party's Dwayne Vaz.
